Big, expensive projects.

Systems nobody uses.

AI, because everyone else is.

You move forward every month.

In small, safe steps.

Most people call because of AI. Few of them need AI first. Your people need time to get to know it, and to understand what it can do and what it can't. And the gains usually sit somewhere else: better processes, data cleaned up, systems that talk to each other. Get that in place, and AI becomes the next step instead of the first one.

Who I work for

“We really
ought to do
something.”

Owner-led companies, typically 25 to 100 employees, with nobody in charge of digitalisation or AI.

That is usually how it sounds the first time we meet. You still run a lot by hand, and you would like to be more digital. Not for the technology's sake, but to get more out of the hours, take on more customers without hiring at the same rate, and be worth more as a company.

Three ways to have me alongside you. You start at the level that fits where you are right now, and move up or down as the need changes. Some months are for deciding and building, others just for sparring while things settle. Not a staircase you climb once, but a standing collaboration with someone who works with digitalisation and AI every day.

    01 · Get started

    Digital sparring

    DKK 15,000/mo.

You get a head of digitalisation on your side, without hiring one.

    • You get to talk through what you are wrestling with. A standing sparring session every month, where you set the agenda
    • You stop wasting time on ideas that do not hold up. An honest read on your ideas and use cases, including when the answer is “don’t”
    • You stop worrying about the wrong things. What actually matters for you, and what is just hype
    • You always know what you are doing next. One concrete next step, every month
    • You never sit stuck for three weeks. Write to me between sessions, and you have an answer within two working days

No decisions get made here, and nothing gets built. That is the point: this is where you work out what is worth doing. I advise. You decide and execute yourselves.

    02 · Make the decision★ Best value

    Digital execution

    DKK 30,000/mo.

You decide on data, not on a gut feeling.

    • Everything in Digital sparring, plus:
    • You get a data foundation. I gather the numbers and do the maths. Without that, everything else is guesswork
    • You get the business case. Value, complexity, risk and economics, in black and white. Something you can put in front of a board
    • You know exactly what is worth doing. Every idea gathered in one place, scored and prioritised
    • The direction gets set with management. I facilitate the process. You own the decision
    • Everyone knows what is actually being built. Technical definition and scope on every initiative, before anyone starts
    • You do not have to guess. A roadmap and a clear recommendation every time: build, buy or drop it

Still nothing gets built here. What you get instead is knowing what should be built, what it costs, and what it is worth. I facilitate and I do the maths. You make the decision, and this time on numbers rather than a hunch.

    03 · Go digital

    Digital build

    DKK 60,000/mo.

You see it work before you invest in it.

    • Everything in Digital execution, plus:
    • Digital concepts. This is how it will look and behave, before a single line of code is written. You react to something concrete, not to a document
    • A proof of concept on your own data, in your own setup. You find out whether it holds up in reality, not just in a spreadsheet
    • Tested with your own people. If they will not use it, it does not matter how well it works
    • The build gets faster and cheaper. It is cheap to change a drawing. It is expensive to change code
    • You are not on your own when it has to be built properly. If the solution goes to production, I can take it further, or put you together with people I would use myself

I build proofs of concept and digital concepts. Sometimes the concept alone is enough to make the decision, and then we have saved you the rest.

    Why me

Should I be your retained digitalisation and AI partner?

I have done this where getting it wrong was expensive.Management consultant in the technology and innovation practice of one of the Big Four. For one of Denmark’s largest banks I found the use case and built the business case. It came out above DKK 10 million.
I am used to companies where the owner still answers the phone.I have worked inside one of Denmark’s largest banks and inside owner-led companies of 25 to 100 people. It is the latter I do this for.
I do not sell software and I take no commission. No vendor pays me to recommend them. That is why you can get an honest no out of me, even when it costs me the work.
You do not become dependent on me.You get a technical design and a scope that can be built from directly. If it needs hands on it, I can take it further or put you together with specialists I would use myself. You will not have to go hunting for an agency on your own.
    Selected projects

    I have done this before.

Four engagements, from one of Denmark’s largest banks to owner-led companies the size of yours. The same approach every time: find the opportunities, do the maths, settle the doubt cheaply, and get it ready to be built.

DKK 10 millionin business case, on a single use case

One of Denmark’s largest banks · via a Big Four firm
    The situation

The bank wanted to find out where AI could create real value. We came in as a small team, and I was given responsibility for the analysis and for pointing out which use case to bet on.

    What I did

I found the use case, built the business case, and described both the technical solution and the scope. Along the way I ran an expert team of eight who tested and fed in input, and I sat between the business and the developers the whole way, so what got built was what had been decided.

    The result

The business case came out above DKK 10 million. The bank built the solution, reorganised afterwards, and runs a large AI organisation today. It all started with that one use case.

    The situation

The company wanted to get going with digitalisation and AI. The problem was that you can use it for almost anything, so nobody knew what to pick first.

    What I did

I learned the industry, mapped the processes, tasks and departments, gathered the ideas in one place, and facilitated maturing them together with the people who do the work. The technical unknowns we settled with small proofs of concept directly in their own setup.

    The result

Afterwards the managing director could order concrete IT projects straight off the overview, one at a time, instead of guessing.

    The situation

A scaling company that still ran a lot by hand, and wanted to become digital without putting day-to-day operations at risk on the way.

    What I did

I am their retained digitalisation and AI partner. We map, prioritise, build the decision basis, and take one initiative at a time. Management decides. I make sure something actually happens.

Grow without hiringin a busy sales department

    Sales department · B2B company
    The situation

The sales director wanted to scale sales, but not headcount. Much of the work was repetition, redone by hand every week.

    What I did

We put structure on the workflows, optimised them, and put AI in exactly where the same tasks were being done over and over. We spent as much time on people actually adopting it as on the solution itself.

    The result

The department delivers more today, with the same team. No new hires, no longer days.

    How we start.

    Step 01

    You write a few lines

Press the button and an email opens with the text already written. You fill in three lines about yourselves and send it. It takes two minutes.

    Step 02

    We have a conversation

I answer personally, within two working days. We have an informal conversation about your situation and where digitalisation can create the most value in your particular case.

    If there is a match

    We get going

We start at the level that fits where you are. Start-up is 3 months, then rolling monthly. And if it is not a fit, I will say so honestly.

    Where should you start?

Write a few lines about where you stand. The email is already drafted, so you only fill in three lines and press send. I answer personally, and we have an informal conversation. Free, whether or not we end up working together.

    Questions

    What owners ask.

Do you build our systems yourself?

I build proofs of concept and digital concepts, so you can see the solution work before you invest in it. The production system itself I do not build. Once the decision is made, I can either take it further or put you together with specialists I would use myself. You will not have to go hunting for an agency on your own, and you do not become dependent on me.

    Is this only about AI?

Most people call because of AI. Few of them need AI first. Your people need time to get to know it and understand what it can and cannot do, before it makes sense to build anything on it. And what you need in the meantime is to become a digital business: better processes, data cleaned up, systems that talk to each other. That is usually where the gain sits, and it is also what makes AI possible afterwards. AI is one tool among several, and I will say so honestly when it is not the answer.

Is this not just another consultant on an hourly rate?

No. A fixed monthly agreement, fixed deliverables, a fixed rhythm. I sell direction and momentum, not hours. Unused capacity does not roll over, and you always know what next month contains.

How much of our own time does this take?

Typically 2 to 4 hours a month: one meeting and quick answers along the way. The rest is my job. The only real requirement is that a decision-maker sits at the table.

We do not know where to start. Is that a problem?

That is exactly the starting point the model is built for. The first month creates the overview: every opportunity gathered, scored and put in order.

Do we have to move up through all three levels?

No. You start where it fits right now, and move up or down as the need changes. After a couple of months of sparring you may be ready to make decisions, so we move up. When something needs building, we move up again. And once it is built, we often go back to sparring while you see how it works in daily life. It is a loop, not a staircase, and the level always follows what makes sense for you right now.

We already have a quote for an IT project. Can you be of any use?

Yes, and that is often where I pay for myself fastest. I go through the quote, the scope and the technical solution, so you know what you are buying, and whether the price matches what you get.

    Can we cancel the agreement?

Start-up is 3 months. That is the time it takes to build the overview and the first results. After that it is rolling monthly with 30 days notice.
